Sorting 2 data columns in Pivot Table
Another pivot question:
As a condition of my data source, I can't have a calculated field in my pivot table, so instead I have formulas outside my pivot table to figure things such as differences. I want to be able to sort by my formulas (amt of difference); how can I do this with a pivot table?
VBA or process, either solution would be a Godsend.
Is it possible to add multilevel sorting in the Pivot table as in the case of the sheet.
Also how can I remove the word "Blank" in the Pivot table ,where there is no data in the sheet from where the pivot table is retrieving data.
I have attached spreadsheet of sample data. Basically I need to group the data by customer/supplier, so I have a total for each customer/supplier and then a way of maximizing the total so I can see the transactions that this consists of.
My problem is that I need a way of sorting the data firstly by customer/supplier name, and then from largest to smallest total sales/purchases.
I have come to the conclusion that a pivot table is the best option here but I can only seem to sort data by one column.
I have a pivot table.I want to sort the same on part code who have book qty is greater than 0 ( zero ).Is it possible?

I have a small problem with pivot tables I want to group data per tags. For example I have a list showing the cities and the countries they are located. I want to see the grouping in different columns; please refer to attachment for further details.
Sorting does not work my special purpose. I am trying to create a dynamic table.
