I have the below values on an excel scatter plot graph. I can draw a linear trendline through the values by right clicking on a value, hitting "Add Trendline" and hitting "Linear". What I would prefer is to have the values of the linear trendline written on my spreadsheet as at the times of each entry. (ie fill in below "Linear Trendline Value" row).
Does anyone know if this can be done? If not, can anyone suggest an alternative method that would give approximately what I am looking for? Does anyone have any alternative suggestions?
All help will be greatly appreciated, no matter how small. Thanks in Advance for all responses.

Linear Trendline Value
I was wondering if it is possible to extrapolate the x value from a given y value on a scatter plot graph?
I would like to extrapolate the value from the trendline produced using the 'moving average' trendline. The trendline is sigmoid shaped This trendline doesn't let me produce an equation so I can't figure out the x value that way If I can't find the x value of the trendline, even the line formed by the data points would be good
I created a bar chart in Excel from the following data:
The SLOPE and the INTERCEPT functions returned -0.136 and 16.448
respectively. The resulting equation is Y = -0.136X + 16.448 which seems good
enough to me.
Then I added a linear trendline to the chart. Excel displayed the following equation: Y = -0.9X + 7.5, R ^2 =1 which is way off (and it's not a rounding
The data seemed Farly linear to me, how come Excel can't come up with the
I have a plot (non linear) and I added a trendline (5th polynomial). The trendline looks good with a R2 value of .995. I also displayed the equation of trendline. Now, when I take the equation of trendline and plug back the the X value (same X value which was used to plot the graph) then it gives me very different value of Y.
I need to know why the amount of workload this year is down 9% so far, but the linear trend line is up. True, work has increased in recent months, but it is down for the fiscal year-to-date. The linear trend accounts for the recent increases, but not for the fact that the total amount of workload this year has declined when compared to the same time period last year. 'Any

Array is a collection of same type elements under the same variable identifier referenced by index number. Arrays are widely used within programming for different purposes such as sorting, searching and etc. Arrays allow you to store a group of data of a single type. Arrays are efficient and useful for performing operations . You can use them to store a set of high scores in a video game, a 2 dimensional map layout, or store the coordinates of a multi-dimensional matrix for linear algebra calculations.
