How to change color scheme in pie chart?
I have several pie charts that contain similar data. Each time I created a chart it would give the slice for variable A the color red, then in the next chart it would give variable A the color blue. How could I make all pie charts uniform, so that common variables all came back as the same color.
I have a worksheet that contains several pie charts. I would like the color scheme of the pie slices to be different on each of the charts. How do I change the color format on each pie chart so that the color is individualized?
I am using Excel 2007 and cannot figure out how to change the fill colors in a pie chart. I would like each slice of the pie to be different colors that I specify. It appears that I can only use the standard color formats or fill the pie chart with all one color?
I am looking to find what the auto color scheme is in an Excel chart.
Basically, when you select a range of data for a chart it automatically selects a color for each line in a line graph. I, for the sake of formatting and conditional formatting, need to know what that order is for the first 40 colors.
I am currently using Excel 2003.
I have a Pie Chart with 2 items only (R or P). R is a dark color and P is a
light color. When There isn't any P in my data, the chart picks the light color for R.
I would like to always have a dark color for R and a light color or P.
I am doing the chart in MS Access 200-03 and my row source is:
SELECT [RP],Sum([Freq]) AS [SumOfFreq] FROM [Rept#704_Joint_RP] GROUP BY

Very easy to use, drag and drop Color Picker. The color picker allows you to assign your target object very easily only by defining a single variable. It has an option to apply the new color or to cancel the edits and to revert the color to the old one.
The color picker come in two different versions. The first one is the default and the picker will change an object color to flat color. The second version will generate a gradient with two colors the first color is the old one (current) and the second color is the color picked with the picker.
