adding a search box to a spreadsheet
im trying to make a spreadsheet counting engine hrs. I want to be able to input the daily hrs in one box, and have it fill in the rest with the amount from the daily hrs + the total hrs from the previous day in all the columns for all the elements, (filters, oil, lube.etc)
is there a formula for that?
First thank you in advance for any help. I want to put a search box on the first sheet of my program to enter data, either a name or an assigned number, and have it search for and go to that line of information on another sheet.
Can I do this or do you have another suggestion?
I'm looking for a solution for an item search box for an inventory. I have a spreadsheet that I need to find "Name of product" and scroll it up to the bottom of my frozen pane. I've searched the discussions forum and tried several formulas, non have worked for me.
In my frozen panes view, I'm looking to have a search box to type an item name in and have excel scroll it up to the bottom of the frozen pane. The item names are in column "D".
Thanks, Allan Grates
In this tutorial I'll design a search box.
The alert box is an Ok box that a page has for you to click prior to entering the site. Usually you place a message on the alert box. This is often used in jokes. This alert box does not give you a choice to ok or cancel. All users will get to the page.
